After a career in marketing in London in the commercial property and education sectors, I wanted to work closer to home and joined The Cloisters as Practice Manager in early 2020.

The team on Reception and I aim to give the best possible welcome and customer service to our valued patients. We set high standards for ourselves and seek to provide a timely response to phone, email and face to face enquiries even at busy times in the Clinic. We pride ourselves on our accuracy and being friendly and helpful – if we don’t know the answer to your question then we will always find out and let you know!

I manage all aspects of the Clinic’s business and financial affairs including our relationship with health insurers, such as AXA and Bupa, our investment in new practice management technology and professional compliance.
